Bob specializes in investment sales along with Inland Empire office and retail leasing/sales.

Previously Bob was a Vice President with NAI Capital.  He was with them for 12 years.  During that time he achieved their Capital Club designation in 2007 and 2008.  Bob was the CoStar Power broker in 2013 with the most Inland Empire retail transactions per square foot in the Inland Empire. In 2007 he was Broker of the month January, April and June, negotiating more that $14 million dollars in sales in that year.
