Senior Associate Commercial Brokerage

As Senior Associate with IPA, Ms. Law is responsible for leasing and brokerage. Carmen has been with IPA for 15 years, during which time she has been involved in the leasing and sale of retail, medical, Industrial, office buildings and vacant land in the Inland Empire area. She has represented both sellers and buyers. Ms. Law has great long-term relationships with most Inland Empire Commercial Brokers/Agents.

In addition, Ms. Law has served as a construction project management and entitlement consultant.  Ms. Law attends many of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) conventions to promote the various properties and clients we represent.

Prior to IPA As Operations / Accounting manager at Riverside Plaza, a 625,000 square foot enclosed mixed use center, Ms. Law administered leases, including legal notices, documents and collections; compiled and analyzed reports and financial information; prepared the operating budget; administered service contracts; organized marketing events, designed brochures and represented Riverside Plaza in community events.  Ms. Law researched and reported property information, including Mutual Easement Agreements, lease requirements and restrictions, and parking requirements for the Riverside Plaza Redevelopment Team prior to the redevelopment of the property.  Ms. Law worked for the Riverside Plaza for over eight years.
