Meet Dennis Morgan

President, Team Leader, Broker

Dennis E. Morgan, President, oversees all brokerage and consulting activities of the company.

Mr. Morgan holds over 30 years of experience in all facets of the real estate industry, and has directly overseen the sale, leasing, planning and development of over 5 million square feet of commercial properties.  His experience in the development industry includes the development of Office Buildings, Shopping Centers, industrial properties and apartment complexes.  Mr. Morgan is a California licensed Real Estate Broker (CADRE), active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) including the designations of Certified Leasing Specialists (CLS) and Certified Real Estate Executive (CRX), Former California Licensed General Contractor and a Former Certified Public Accountant (CPA-non-active).   Mr. Morgan also was acknowledged by CoStar as 2019 Power Broker for the Inland Empire region.  In addition, Mr. Morgan has served as a Court Appointed Receiver and expert witness in numerous real estate related actions.

Just as Mr. Morgan has been committed to the real estate industry, he has been equally committed to the local and regional community; serving on a number of boards, committees and commissions, as a past Chairman of the Board and multiple other positions within the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce.  Mr. Morgan currently serves as a Member of the Chamber’s Economic Development Committee.  Mr. Morgan is a Past President, current executive committee, Co-Chair of the Economic Development Committee & board member of the Raincross Group, Past Board Member-Riverside Cultural Heritage Board (8 years), Past Board Member-Riverside Downtown Partnership, Current member-Riverside Downtown Partnership Land Use Committee and Former Vice President as well as Transportation Chairman of the Monday Morning Group.   This commitment to community support is active within the entire IPA staff, and is apparent in their constant involvement in local support groups, as well as regional and national trade organizations.    Mr. Morgan has been active within the International Council of Shopping Centers for over 30 consecutive years attending a minimum of three deal making conventions per year.  Mr. Morgan is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).  Mr. Morgan’s ongoing participation in ICSC keeps him keenly connected to all brokers, tenants and developers.

On a personal note, Mr. Morgan has been a City of Riverside resident / business owner for over 30 years.  According to Morgan “I have raised my family in Riverside and I care deeply for the future of the Inland Empire.
