Kristen Soliz has worked the Inland Empire market for IPA since beginning her career in the commercial real estate business in 1994.   Kristen has a wide variety of expertise including, brokerage oversight, property management, construction and consulting engagements.   Kristen maintains a wide spectrum of relationships with tenants, contractors, owners and investors.   Currently Kristen serves as Executive Vice President overseeing all aspects of IPA.
